That single decision affects cable lengths, expandability, and how serviceable the building is for its whole life. We plan the location during design, coordinate power and cooling with the builder, and build the addressing scheme to accommodate what gets added after opening day.

That timing is the whole opportunity, since running cable during framing costs a fraction of adding it later. Buildings sit on relatively open ground, so exterior equipment faces wind directly. Because the community is still expanding, we plan capacity past the current requirement rather than exactly to it.
