Along this corridor the work is almost entirely pre-drywall, which is exactly where cabling belongs. Coordinating with the builder means the cable is in the walls at the right moment, supported properly, and terminated to a labeled patch panel once the building is closed. Cameras, wireless, and networking all drop into that infrastructure later without anyone opening a wall. Skipping this step is the single most expensive shortcut available on a new build.
