These terms govern your use of the Brink Design website and any services we provide.Brink Design is operated by Skytab Innovations LLC. By using our site or submitting a contact form, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

Brink Design designs, installs, documents, and supports technology systems including security cameras, business WiFi, structured cabling, access control, networking, paging and intercom, and audio-visual systems for commercial and residential clients across western South Dakota, northeast Wyoming, and the Nebraska Panhandle. Information on this site is for general reference. Final scope and timeline are agreed in a written proposal prior to any work.

2. Consultation requests and site visits

Consultations are non-binding until we issue a written proposal. A site visit is typically required to design a complete system. No work begins without your written approval of the proposal and scope.

3. Proposals and scope

Scope for your project is set out in a written proposal specific to your building and requirements. Unless otherwise stated, proposals are valid for the period noted on the proposal. Scope changes after approval are documented and agreed in writing before the affected work continues. We do not require long-term contracts or mandatory subscriptions.

4. Scheduling and changes

Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of installation work are handled per the written project agreement. We ask for reasonable notice so we can plan crews and materials. Changes to an approved scope are agreed before work continues.

5. Warranty

Labor and workmanship warranties are set out in the written project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment apply per each brand's policy and are passed through to you. We help you navigate any warranty claim on equipment we installed.

6. SMS and email communications

By submitting a form or providing your phone number to our chat concierge, you consent to receive SMS and email about your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for details, message frequency, and opt-out instructions.

7. Chat concierge

Our site includes Ava, a chat concierge. Ava is provided for convenience and general information only. Ava is not authorized to commit Brink Design to pricing, warranty terms, scheduling, or scope. All such commitments require a written proposal or scheduled appointment confirmed by our team directly.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, brand marks, and design, is the property of Brink Design or licensed for our use. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Your conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our forms or chat
• Use our chat concierge to generate abusive, unlawful, or spam content
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Scrape or mass-download site content

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brink Design's liability for any claim related to your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability for installed services is governed by our written project agreement, not these website terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of SD, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over Rapid City, SD.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
