Pre-Wire & New Construction
The cheapest time to wire a home is before the walls are closed. We coordinate directly with your builder to rough in the low-voltage infrastructure during framing: network drops, WiFi access point locations, camera and doorbell wiring, speaker wire for audio and theater, and conduit paths for whatever comes later. Every run is planned from the floor plan, placed around the electrical and mechanical trades, and documented so the finish work drops in cleanly once the home is painted. Skipping this step means fishing wires through finished walls later, at several times the cost. Doing it right means the home is ready for anything on move-in day.

Pre-wire succeeds on timing and coordination. We work from the plans, show up at the right stage of construction, and leave documentation the finish crew can build on.
Plan review
We review the floor plan with you and your builder, map every drop and device location, and agree on the rough-in window in the construction schedule.
Wiring design and documentation
We design the full low-voltage plan, network, cameras, audio, and conduit, and document every run so nothing is a mystery after the walls close.
Rough-in
Cable is pulled, boxed, and protected during framing, coordinated around the other trades, and photographed before drywall for the record.
Trim-out and commissioning
After finish work, we terminate, install devices, and commission the systems the wiring was planned for. The home is live before you move in.
