Infrastructure

WIRE IT BEFORE THE WALLS CLOSE.

The cheapest time to wire a building is before the drywall goes up. We handle low-voltage rough-in for new construction and remodels — network, cameras, access control, AV, and audio — coordinated with your GC or builder so the pulls happen at the right stage.

A good pre-wire is a plan, not a pile of cable. We map every drop with the owner and builder, run conduit and pathways for the things you’ll want later, and label everything so finish work goes fast.

We work commercial and residential new builds across the Black Hills region. If your project is at framing, now is the time to call — a few hundred feet of wire now saves thousands in retrofit later.

HOW WE APPROACH THIS

We coordinate directly with the GC to hit the window between framing and insulation. Drops get mapped on the plans, pulled, and labeled. Rough-in gets photographed before the walls close, so there’s a record of exactly where everything runs. We come back for trim-out and finish when the site is ready.

READY TO TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT?

We come out, look at the space, and tell you what it actually takes. No guessing. No generic quotes.
