Custom homes and high-end residential projects where the wiring needs to be done right before the walls close. We install structured cabling, distributed audio, whole-home WiFi, cameras, and doorbell systems for residential clients who want technology that works without thinking about it.
We work during rough-in on new construction — before drywall, when the cable runs are clean and the pathways are open. On finished homes, we work carefully to minimize disruption. Either way, the goal is a system that's maintainable, expandable, and won't need to be ripped out in five years.
We use the same commercial-grade equipment in residential applications: UniFi for networking, enterprise IP cameras, and properly terminated structured cabling. Consumer-grade equipment gets replaced. We don't sell packages.
HOW WE APPROACH THIS
On new construction, we coordinate with the builder to get rough-in done at the right time. We plan where each room needs drops, where the main distribution point will be, and what the homeowner actually wants to do with the technology. On retrofit projects, we assess what infrastructure exists and work from there. Every install gets documented.
