Equipment Racks & Network Closets
The rack is where every system in the building comes together, and it is usually the first thing neglected. We build and rebuild equipment racks and network closets to a standard: gear mounted with airflow in mind, power distributed and protected, every cable dressed, terminated, and labeled, and a documentation package that maps each port and patch. A clean rack is not cosmetic. It is the difference between a five-minute fix and an afternoon of tracing mystery cables when something needs attention. Whether it is a new build or an inherited mess, we leave a closet any technician can walk into and understand.
What is included
- Rack layout designed for airflow, service access, and growth
- Cable dressing, termination, and labeling to a consistent standard
- Protected, organized power distribution and battery backup
- Cleanup and rebuilds of inherited or overgrown closets
- Port maps and documentation delivered at handoff
How we work
Built so the next person can understand it.
A rack should explain itself. We plan the layout before anything is mounted, dress and label every cable, and hand off documentation that makes future service fast.
Assessment
We review what lives in the rack today, what is coming, and what the closet needs for power, cooling, and space. Rebuilds start with a map of what is actually connected.
Layout and documentation plan
We design the rack elevation, cable management, and power plan, and set the labeling scheme that every cable and port will follow.
Build or rebuild
Equipment is mounted, cables are re-terminated and dressed, and power is organized and protected. Rebuilds are staged to keep downtime to a planned window.
Handoff and support
You get a labeled rack, a port map, and documentation that matches what is on the wall. When something changes later, we keep the documentation current.
