A THEATER BUILT AROUND YOUR ROOM.

A good theater room isn’t about buying the biggest screen — it’s about matching the screen, speakers, and seating to the room you actually have. We design and install home theaters and media rooms for homes across the Black Hills, from dedicated basement theaters to living rooms that need to do double duty.

We calculate screen size against viewing distance, plan speaker placement for real surround coverage, and put the equipment somewhere you don’t have to look at it. Wiring runs in the walls. Remotes get simplified. The room works the first time and every time after.

If you’re building or remodeling, bring us in before drywall — media room wiring is cheapest when the walls are open. Retrofit is doable too; we’ve fished cable through plenty of finished walls.

HOW WE APPROACH THIS

We start with the room — dimensions, seating layout, window light, and what you actually watch. From there we spec the display, speakers, and source equipment to fit the space and the budget. We wire first, mount and calibrate second, and walk you through it at handoff.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Home Theater & Media Rooms — FAQ

How big should my screen be?

+

It depends on how far you sit, not just the wall. We calculate screen size against viewing distance so the picture fills the room without overwhelming it.

Can you hide the equipment?

+

Yes. Source gear goes somewhere you don't have to look at it, and wiring runs in the walls — you're left with the screen, the seats, and a simplified remote.

Can you build a theater in an existing room?

+

Yes. Dedicated basement theaters are ideal, but we've fished cable through plenty of finished living rooms that need to do double duty.
