Black Hawk sits along a corridor that has been building steadily, which means most projects here are either new construction or buildings only a few years old. The terrain between Rapid City and Sturgis is broken enough that wireless links between structures need real line-of-sight verification rather than an assumption from a map. Newer construction makes cable pathways straightforward when we are involved early, and awkward when we are called after drywall.

Black Hawk anchors the fast-growing corridor between Rapid City and Sturgis, where new commercial and residential construction is constant.
