Bish's RV in Rapid City needed the technology backbone for its facility handled the right way: during construction, while the walls were still open. Brink Design performed the complete low-voltage pre-wire and installed the networking infrastructure the building runs on.

Why pre-wire during construction

The cheapest and cleanest time to run cabling is before the walls close up. With the framing open, every run can take the most direct path, land exactly where the finished space needs it, and be stubbed out at each box location without cutting into finished surfaces. Waiting until after drywall means fishing cable blind, patching walls, and compromising on placement. Planning the low-voltage scope alongside the construction schedule turns all of that into a single orderly pass.

What we installed

We ran category cabling throughout the facility while it was open framing, with drops stubbed out at each planned device and outlet location and runs routed cleanly back to the head-end. Every run terminates at a wall-mounted network rack with labeled patch panels, so each drop is identified and testable rather than a mystery behind the wall. Managed switching distributes the network from the rack, and battery backup keeps the core equipment powered through short outages.

What it does day to day

The facility has wired connectivity where it needs it, delivered over cabling that was planned rather than retrofitted. The rack is organized and documented, so adding a device, tracing a drop, or expanding the network later is a quick, mapped change instead of an exploratory project. The building's technology infrastructure was ready the day the space was, because it went in with the building itself.
