Buildings step down hillsides in ways that complicate cable routing, and line of sight between structures is rarely as clear as a map implies. Winter is longer and harder here than at lower elevation, which matters for exterior equipment and for scheduling. Much of the building stock is old, so pathway planning comes before any hardware decision.
