Churches and community facilities make up much of the AV work in this region, and they share a constraint: the people operating the system are volunteers, and they change. That makes simplicity and documentation more important than capability. We design rooms that a new volunteer can run after a short walkthrough, label everything, and leave written instructions, so the system does not depend on one person who knows where the buttons are.

Conditions in Gillette

Gillette is the commercial center of northeast Wyoming and its buildings run larger than most in our service area, including industrial facilities with their own infrastructure demands. Metal building construction is common, which affects wireless coverage significantly and requires planning rather than assumption. Wind is persistent and severe by regional standards. The drive from the Black Hills means we plan work into organized visits rather than frequent short trips.

Gillette is the commercial center of northeast Wyoming, driven by the energy sector and a strong base of churches and organizations. We completed a full AV and livestream production system for a church here, and we serve the region's businesses, worship spaces, and facilities with surveillance, networking, and AV. Energy-sector sites bring their own infrastructure demands we plan for.
