Bars, gaming floors, and event spaces need audio and video that behave differently in different parts of the room and at different times of day. Distributed audio with zone control is usually the core of it, so the patio, the floor, and the dining room are not forced to share a volume level. Displays get placed for sightlines rather than for wall convenience. In older buildings, pathway planning comes first, since running new cable through historic construction is the hard part.

Conditions in Deadwood

Deadwood's downtown is historic, protected, and difficult to run cable through, which is the defining constraint on nearly every project here. Walls are often stone or full-dimension lumber, accessible ceilings are rare, and previous work has usually left undocumented cable behind. We plan routes carefully and keep installations as unobtrusive as the architecture requires. The steep terrain also complicates any wireless link between buildings.

Deadwood's gaming and hospitality venues run on dependable technology, from surveillance to networking to sound and AV. We serve the casinos, hotels, and restaurants here alongside the Terry Peak cabins nearby. Historic construction downtown makes clean, careful installation a specialty rather than an afterthought.
